With two great transactions, in the industries of landscaping and structural fire protection, and ongoing transactions in areas such as medical engineering and industry automation, successfully facilitated by Dr. Wolf as partner of an M&A consultancy, the year 2021 has ended on a very positve note.
We are proud of having been able to support these outstanding companies and look forward to gratefully continue such rewarding relationships with company owners and owner families from 2022 onwards under our “new flag” alphaloba.
